Hello.
I've noticed that the SWFs files included into panorama are not loaded if you use folders with space character (IE "Dark Room").
They are loaded only if you use no spaces in name of folders (IE "DarkRoom")

:) maybe useful for you.

Hi manny_gt,

Do you use quotes "" in the file name?
For example:

(image1)
{
type=IMAGE;
file="Dark Room/flash1.swf";
}

No...
I'll explain as better I can:

For example

I've this folder on my drive

c:\Dark Room\

all files that I need are in that folder so I've scripted as here

(image1)
{
type=IMAGE;
file="flash1.swf";
}

Well... Don't work!

If files are in

c:\darkroom\

Works!

Very strange, this works for me in "c:\Dark Room" folder.

Can you test this example in c:\Dark Room ? http://www.devalvr.com/fiero/Dark_Room.zip

Hi fiero :)
Just tried

The message is

'C:\Dark%20Room\desktop.swf'

I've noticed that you use the %20 code used, typically, for HTML pages...
Well... I'm a noob programmer and so you don't have to use the %20 I thing because the text alert mean an physical path on hard-drive.

I thing that you have to use regular space instead of %20... Because this one is used to encode URLs.

Try it! :)

Very strange! because I do not encode that "%20" :shock:

Can you test this player with the same file and tell me the text in the debug window? http://www.devalvr.com/install/beta/playerUnicode.zip

Thanks!

Hello and good morning :)

The Debug Window just says:

Code:
res://C:\Dark Room\DevalVR playerU.exe/390?color=#000000&file='C:\Dark Room\desktop.swf'
?color=#000000&file='C:\Dark Room\desktop.swf'
[/code]
