A friend of mine indicate a posible bug in keys in fullscreen,

seems manifest often, I didn't manage to replicate in one of mine.

If one select fullscreen then press the arrow key up until the camera is oriented at +90° then press key down after few degrees down the tilting seems to slow down then the keys have not effect further on

oh! I never saw this problem with fullscreen!
This is a old "bug" with IE version of the plugin. You can see that if you press UP and DOWN arrows the page moves its scroll. This does not happen with Firefox/Opera. When the page is scroll down and the plugin is not visible the keys don't work in fullscreen.

I must intercept the keys to block the page and stop the scroll when the plugin has the focus.

I newer saw on my panos too but in the one I posted above and is reported by some users as well, is as I tried to described somehow the tilting seems to become jammed once the camera reach +90° then down with some 5-10°, literally as somewone trigger the brake, interesting to see, maybe appear in certain conditions but for that pano this is the scenario:
1. fullscreen,
2. navigating with keys up at +90°
3. navigating with the keys down, few degrees
4. the navigation become jammed, no more control keys active, only mouse left.
