DevalVR support

Hi Fiero.

DevalVR packer to be able to produce , say, .dvp packed file that can be readed by the plug-in in the browser.

I think this will be useful both for protect our work and solve the problem with multiple connections when a dvl contains many tiles and other graphic items.

And, if is allowed for an extra request, that to be available to be launched from command line
