But there are some general multimedia applications that are capable of embeding flash files and browser window (with Deval plugin in it) into EXE file for cd-rom projects. My personal favourite is SWF Studio from Northcode and I have made a little JScript file that can check the existence of Deval plugin. I'm using this technique in our flash presentation cd-roms to show DevalVR panoramas.
If there's interest I can describe this in more detail.

Yes, please! :)

About DevalVR<->Flash integration, I'm studying the possibility of to integrate the Mozilla Gecko engine into DevalVR. This integration could do possible FULL DevalVR-Flash communication, to use Flash without to install it (Firefox version of Flash) and to use Flash in the future Mac version...

Hello,
I'm folowing this tutorial: http://www.devalvr.com/paginas/soporte/ ... orial.html
At step 4: - "Load script and change perspective" I push the "Alt" button while trying to drag the vertex but nothing's happen, the panorama is moving like in normal dragging...
Another problem is that when I'm loading the script in the deval player the perspective jpg file is loading also, is visible, but when i push the "nodo tool" button in the player the image dissappear and that rectangle remains black!!
Please help me!
Thank you in advance!

Eugen.

Sorry my delay Eugen, I was searching the problem. This was a bug in the player. Can you test the latest 0,8,1,1 version?

regards!

Hello my friend,
Thanks for the reply. Indeed, is working with the v.0.8.1.1. There is still one problem: video playing speed is slow. The movie size is 304x176. I raised the refresh rate to 22 but is playing with the same speed. What could be wrong?
Also, in order to work, one have to rename his video file to "mac30" like in your project but this isn't a problem...

All the best,
Eugen.

There is a bug in the latest versions of Flash for WindowsXP, see this viewtopic.php?f=5&t=1464

It appears that SWF with sound works correctly and other SWF works very slow. For example, my ladybug test works slowly http://www.devalvr.com/paginas/galeria/ ... &ejemplo=4
I will make some test with this example to see if it's possible to solve this problem.

You can modify the FLA file to create your own SWF player with your custom size, duration and FLV filename. I only made this SWF video player to test, maybe you can find a better SWF player for your FLV.

regards!

Hi Fiero,
I have Win 7 on 64 bit and my video is with sound! :) Considering that topic you suggested me it should work just fine but... isn't...
Is there a free software to edit the .fla file?

All the best,
Eugen.

enabling open GL hardware(BETA) quickly displayed the pano incl . ladybug. also devalvr software engine did not help
strange, since i never had a problem with the pano in the last years. maybe fiero has done changes.
we knew that for certain?/(not all?) videos inside panos flash for IE had to be installed even if its FF.
do you have a hint how to display screenshots here? do i have to save it in a file-depot?
tv-set is showing a photo, right? no video there.
